Triphala means "three fruits" in Sanskrit. It is one of Ayurveda's most respected and longstanding formulations, combining Amla, Bibhitaki and Haritaki in equal parts. Unlike single herb supplements, Triphala has always been used as a complete blend, valued in Ayurvedic tradition for supporting digestive comfort and internal balance. Ours follows the same traditional ratio that has remained unchanged for centuries.
